You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Note: Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or are missing original parts will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong product was sent, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
